The result of the expertise

The decision on the accreditation of a study programme is made by the Accreditation Committee. The Committee can decide as follows:

  • Unconditional Accreditation
    The study programme is without fundamental deficiencies as to content or structure.
  • Accreditation subject to Conditions
    The study programme will be accredited for the time being but minor deficiencies as to content or structure have been assessed that must be remedied in order to secure the quality of the programme.
  • Procedure Suspension
    The study programme will not be accredited but the possibility of a future accreditation under certain conditions is left open.
  • Denial
    The study programme has fundamental deficiencies which cannot be remedied by later adjustments.
