The Executive Board comprises the Chairperson, the First Vice-Chairperson and the Second Vice-Chairperson. The Chairperson must be a professor or retired professor of a faculty of Catholic theology. The Chairperson also chairs the Accreditation Committee and the Advisory Board.
conducts the registered association’s day-to-day business within the bounds set by resolutions of the General Meeting
reports to the General Meeting
presents the draft budget and annual accounts
selects the office staff
